According to the current year results more than 120 thousand tons of spring and industrial crops were taken. Croppage of winter barley worked out 16 thousand tons, winter wheat – 80 thousand tons, spring-planted barley – 20 thousand tons, other grains made out almost 3 thousand tons and industrial crops made out 1 thousand tons.  This year cropping capacity of winter wheat worked out more than 55 centners per hectare. This is a splendid result. All produced wheat is a grain crop of high quality, which is very important given this year’s world’s food crisis. Especially taking into consideration the fact that the majority of wheat produced in this year in Ukraine was forage.  All efforts, made to improve the wheat’s quality, bring their good results. Efficient systems of fertilizing with carefully chosen growth-promoters and foliage sprayers made it possible to boost the croppage.  Many company’s divisions reached impressive results. In branches “Pivdennyy Bug”, “Khmelnikskiy” croppage capacity made up more than 70 centners per hectare.  Southern divisions also showed good results – “Snigirevskiy”, “Bashtans`ka”, “Pilot Research Farm Lidiyevskoye”, and “Chigirin” gathered in the crops at rate 50-55 centners per hectare. The company reached the most impressive results in sunflower growing. More then 17 thousand tons of sunflower seeds were gathered. Croppage at the company’s territories overbade 23.5 centners per hectare. The highest croppage at rate 30 centners per hectare was taken in divisions “Khmelnikskiy”, “Suhorabovskiy” and “Kupyanskiy”, and at rate 28 centners per hectare in “Starobelskiy”. Given results stand for successful cross-breed selection work of our specialists. Only high-productive seeds of domestic and foreign production are used. Results of sunflower growth are not less successful. 55 thousand ton of ear corn were gathered this year. This is an impressive number. Branches, situated in “corn-propitious” regions of Ukraine showed fairly good results. Croppage rate in definate branches is the following “Pivdenniy Bug” – 87 centners per hectare, “Suhorabovskiy” – 85 centners per hectare, “Khmelnikskiy” – 75 centners per hectare, “Kamenets-Podolskiy” – 70 centners per hectare. In such a way, the croppage of grain and industrial crops in current season made up 200 thousand tons. This is the most amazing result in the company’s history. Simultaneously with harvesting, preparation works for the new season took place. In current year our company increased the volumes of winter crop. More then 19 000 hectares of winter wheat, 4730 hectares of winter barley, 1317 hectares of winter rye, 800 hectares of winter rape were already seeded. In such a way, areas under winter crops were enhanced up to 20 % compared to that of the previous season. Now they make up almost twice as much as in 2004-2005. Winter crop was considerably enhanced due to winter barley. There is also a good tendency in planned widening of areas under crops of corn, sunflower and spring barley. All that became possible due to 15% enhancement of areas under crop. Presently all autumn works in fields are finished in set timeframes. 27.5 thousands hectares of fall-ploughing is done. Pest and diseases control in frames of winter crops protection program was realized on the area of 9 thousand hectares, deratization was held on the territory of 13 thousand hectares. This season is completed and preparations for new farming season are presently held in the company. All required mineral fertilizers were bought.
