On April 26, a solemn ceremony of the first (regional) round of the all-Ukrainian rating “Conscientious taxpayers – 2011” was held in Mykolayiv Regional State Administration.” The event was attended by representatives of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, members of the regional rating committee, the management of companies-winners of the rating.
In welcoming remarks, Deputy Chairman of Economy department of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration Lyudmila Malyarchuk welcomed participants of the rating on its successful completion and expressed support on behalf of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, “We understand those difficult conditions in which today entities work and we are ready to facilitate solving their problems, to ensure maximum cooperation of government and business”. Definition of conscientious taxpayers both at the regional and nationwide levels is appropriate example of understanding of their special role in the state, “Due to these companies we are able to build new schools, hospitals, roads, pay salaries to employees of budget sphere, raise pensions. We are grateful to those taxpayers who want to develop the country’s economy!”
First Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service in Mykolayiv region Kas’kova Inna noted that the State Tax Service in Mykolayiv region supports the initiative of the project “Association of taxpayers of Ukraine” on the annual rating “Conscientious taxpayers” and definition of taxpayers who conscientiously and responsibly pay taxes into the State and local budgets of Ukraine, “This project is one of the methods of moral incentives of the companies that voluntarily and timely pay taxes. For the tax service today a priority task is to build partnership relations with taxpayers, use new methods and service conditions of taxpayers”.
Head of regional rating committee, Chairman of the Territorial department of Ukrainian public organization “Association of taxpayers of Ukraine” in Mykolayiv region Zaporozhchenko Nataliya reminded to all participants of the ceremony on the conditions of taxpayers participation in the rating and the criteria for defining winners.
The title of “Conscientious taxpayer – 2011” according to the first round of the all- Ukrainian rating “Conscientious taxpayers – 2011” were awarded to 10 enterprises of Mykolayiv city and Mykolayiv region in 8 categories. Results of the first round were published at the website of “NIBULON” earlier.
At the end of the winners awarding ceremony of the rating first round the Head of regional rating commission Zaporozhchenko Nataliya told those present pleasant news, namely among 10 winners of the regional round, 4 companies won in the all-Ukrainian rating that were defined at the meeting of the high rating commission in Kyiv on  April 19, 2012.
Enterprises from Mykolayiv region – winners of the rating second round are:
agricultural company “NIBULON” in the nomination “Conscientious taxpayer in the agricultural sector” in the category “large enterprises”;
state Company “Delta-pilot” in the nomination “Conscientious taxpayer in the transport and communication sphere” in the category “large enterprises”;
manufacturing and trading company “Velam” in the nomination “Conscientious taxpayer in light industry sphere” in the category “medium-sized enterprises”;
Mykolayiv state experimental prosthetic-orthopedic company in the nomination “Conscientious taxpayer in the medical field” in the category “medium-sized enterprises”.
An awarding of the all-Ukrainian rating “Conscientious taxpayers” winners and a presentation of the memorial sign and diploma of a winner in the appropriate nomination will be held at the final awards ceremony in Kyiv on May 24, 2012.
