During this period Yuriy and the team of the agricultural department were successfully engaged in the introduction of the latest technologies and modernization of processes. That is why he was entrusted with increasing the efficiency of administrative and economic activities and improving technical processes to ensure the stable development of the company in the long term. In general, in the position of CTO, Yuriy will be responsible for:effective use of the company’s technical means in order to combine interests and engineering requirements;development and implementation of a strategic plan for the development of the company’s technical capabilities;functional management of technical specialists;organization and control of compliance with labor safety standards;organization and control of timely construction and repair of facilities;ensuring sustainable development of the company;search and analysis of modern technologies in order to increase the productivity of the company's production capabilities, etc.Yuriy graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Urban Economy, in specialty “Enterprise Economics”, where he qualified as an engineer-economist. He has considerable experience in his profession and in managerial positions at enterprises in such fields as industrial and agricultural production.
