The specialists of SNC shipyard continue to provide hull systems of St.Mykolai floating crane to be examined for compliance. At present sea water cooling system, ballast, drainage systems have been inspected. Readiness of other hull systems comprises 80%.
The shipyard also completed assembly of Volvo Penta diesel generators of 420 kW each. There has been started installation of equipment in the emergency diesel generator room.
There is being continued cabling along main cable paths: to the emergency diesel generator, Liebherr crane, and navigation house.
Assembly of equipment in the engine and water treatment rooms is being completed.
There was finished installation of filters of the engine room ventilation system; ventilation pipes and air conditioning pipes are being installed in spaces of the bow superstructure.
The shipbuilders have installed Global Davit crane to be intended for a lifeboat.
Besides, external doors have been installed. Interior doors are mounted.
Installation of anchor and mooring equipment is being completed.
Lathwork is being mounted to install timber flooring in the vessel’s spaces. Some spaces have already had lathwork for metal casing, including a passage that leads to the engine room and a workshop on the main deck.
