The best business for family provides decent conditions for career growth and life

On May 11, 2012 Internet publication “Prestupnosti.net” published an article entitled “Draw machine from “NIBULON”. Unfortunately, republishing this story from other Internet resource, the authors of Mykolayiv Internet site did not even concern themselves whether the information contained in the article was true or not.
At the same time an author of the article, contrary to the legislation of Ukraine and journalistic ethics, has never asked employees of the company to provide explanations or corresponding documentation, thus we have a reason to believe that the article is based on biased data and focused on causing damage to “NIBULON’s” reputation.
The real and objective situation in the company`s as to working conditions of young specialists is the following.
As of today, “NIBULON” has more than 4500 employees. 670 young professionals have gained permanent work places in recent years.
Our young professionals get an official (!) salary, which is significantly higher compared with an average in the regions of Ukraine and higher then promised during promotion campaign at universities. Salary payments are made twice a month. Each year salaryis indexed and increased, even during a financial crisis.
Young professionals are also provided with worthy social benefits, including:
– compulsive monetary compensation in the amount of UAH 2000 (mobility allowance), which is paid during the first month;
– accommodation charge for every young specialist in the amount of UAH 550 to 1600 (depending on the cost of accommodation in one or another region). It should be also noted that accommodation charge is paid by thecompany not only three years, but during the employment activity of young specialist in the company;
– purchase of permanent housing for young professionals. Work principles specificity of young specialists in our company must be considered. In many cases it is impractical to immediately acquire a permanent housing. Because a young specialist, during the first years of work, in view of career growth may change not only the position but also place of work and subsequently place of residence. In such cases, a young specialist is provided with permanent housing after the final determination of his/her work place;
– monthly monetary compensation of catering at the branches, where there are no canteens;
– 31 calendar days annual paid vacation.
Others, but no less important advantages of the young specialist’s work in “NIBULON”:
– an opportunity to make an informed choice, because most of young professionals, before taking a permanent work place, often did practical training in our company, both at the branches and in the central office administration. Thus, they have a complete picture of the future place and conditions of work and have grounds to make a completely informed decision;
– paid practical trainingduring studying at universities;
– creation of additional positions in the company`s production units for young professionals to provide opportunities for acquiring necessary skills and abilities, and their further use during independent tasks fulfillment on more responsible work areas;
– taking young professionals over the positions of specialists, while most companies offer only working positions for such workers;
– rapid career growth. Within 2-3 years a young specialist may be appointed to the position of the head of department or even the whole production branch. The average age of management personnel in the company is 29 years;
– mode and working hours duration of young professionals meet the requirements of legislation and overtime work in acceptable limits is compensated and paid in accordance with the law;
– new technologies at work. “NIBULON” is actively implementing the latest energy saving technologies that ensure not only conservancy but also improvement of the ecological situation of the environment. The presence of the aspect can not only ensure efficient use and reproduction of natural resources, environmental protection, but also allows young professionals to use new technologies in their work and gain invaluable professional experience. At the company’s branches that arefitted with advanced equipment of well-known world manufacturers, all necessary conditions for professional growth and development of the company’s specialists are created;
– work in attractive regions of Ukraine. Today, young specialists of the company work and live in many regions of Ukraine, both in cities or towns, particularly in Mykolayiv, Nova Odesa, Lugans’k, Starobil’s’k, Kremenchuk, Globyne, Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy, Chygyryn, Kamyanets’-Podil’s’kyy, and in regional centers and settlements that are located near them, including Zolotonosha, Chygyryn, Reshetylivka, Khmil’nyk, Chudniv, etc. In most cases, they are well-known tourist destinations of Ukraine;
– arrangement of worthy living conditions not only in cities but also in rural areas, because not all young professionals search work in big cities, there are many people who want to return to their native village or town in a certain region and we certainly consider their requests and respect them, creating required conditions for work and residence at the branches;
– constant increase in the list of new jobs offers for young professionals, because the company builds its modern high-tech enterprises in new regions, while implementing the investment project;
– absence of manpower drain. Of course, there are employees who search other work places and resign from the company. There are a number of objective reasons for that, such as family circumstances, residential mobility, marriage, etc. But most workers successfully work for a long time in the company.
A convincing evidence that “NIBULON” creates decent work conditions for its employees including young professionals, is a gold award in the category “Best company for the family “, which the company received in late 2011. The competition was held at the initiative of one of the projects of the European Union and was supported by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the European Business Association etc.
“NIBULON” does not only provide favorable work conditions, but also takes care of the living conditions of workers and community, in the regions where the company’s branches are situated, and devotes considerable attention to solving social problems of local communities.
Each year, the company allocates more than UAH 15 million for various social projects aimed at providing proper conditions for obtaining basic education, improving health care services, development of Ukrainian village infrastructure, protection and preservation of the environment, adoption of new energy efficiency technologies at the place of production; equal opportunities and best working conditions.
One of the most famous social education projects of the company is “NIBULON’s standard”. The project is being successfully implemented since 2006 and involves more than 14.000 students in more than 80 school educational institutions throughout Ukraine. The project aims at raising the educational and cultural level of the young generation of the Ukrainians and ensuring appropriate learning environment in both urban and rural schools.
The social project of Ukrainian village infrastructure development is being effectively implemented since 2009 within the framework of the company’s patriotic investment project on the revival of the Dnipro and the Southern Bug Rivers as transport water ways of Ukraine. In particular, in 2011 village community of Denyhivka village (Tetiyiv district of Kyiv region) received UAH 3.4 million for infrastructure development. After “NIBULON’s” arrival in the village, a modern stadium with several sports facilities with high-quality coverage, changing rooms, viewing stands, a birch park, a new road topping and lighting of local streets appeared. At the expense of the company the local school received two new computer classrooms, water supply system and internal toilet facilities with hot water delivery system, renovated facade, a kindergarten and an ambulance room received new windows and doors etc.
In the first half of 2012 two population centers, in Beryslav and Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy districts of Kherson and Kyiv regions respectively, have got a second wind. Today repair works in the local preschool and school educational institutions, houses of culture are conducted, local road topping is being renovated, lighting is being conducted, medical equipment is being purchased.
“NIBULON” actively cooperates with almost 100 village and city councils in 12 regions of Ukraine. Given the lack of budgetary funds, the company, entirely on its own initiative, concluded social contracts with local communities. By a community’s decision, local government aims funds to address certain issues.
We do not idealize the situation. We see issues that need to be addressed, and solve them as possible. Such an activity yields favorable results, because every day the company’s personnel department receives from 80 to 100 resumes from jobseekers. Thus, would there be so many people willing to work here, if the company had not created appropriate conditions for employees?

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
