“NIBULON”opened a new improved grain complex in Maryanivka village (Grebinky district of Poltava region). This is the 6th facility of the company, which was constructed in the region during the time of financial crisis. Its grain storage capacity is 76,8 thousand tons of grains and oilseeds, loading capacity on railway transport is 4 thousand tons. Elevator can intake the same amount of grain daily. “Such companies as “NIBULON” will receive sufficient support from the state, within the frames of economic reforms that are realized in the country” – said the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Sergiy Mel’nyk at the ceremony of the complex opening. He stressed that every new facility of “NIBULON” all together provides a unique economic and social effect. “Today in Maryanivka village a production complex is constructed and there will be almost a hundred of unemployed people less, a hundred families will not need the help of the state, but will strengthen the state itself. We believe that today such companies as “NIBULON” have prospects of development, and we will certainly support them”. In his turn, the Head of Poltava Regional Administration Oleksandr Udovychenko thanked the management of “NIBULON” for fruitful cooperation and urged to collaborativework not only in processing, storage and transportation, but also in cultivation of grain. “I think that “NIBULON” came here seriously and for the long haul. I think that it has ambitious plans for grain cultivation and we will help him to do that”, – said the governor. He added that the company’s activity is supported at the highest state level: “The President knows everything that happens not only in the state, but in Poltava region in particular. He was present at the opening of the first elevator (of “NIBULON” – ed.) in Reshetylivka (Poltava region – ed.). At that time he was not yet a President, but even then he commended of this investment project”. O. Udovychenko focused on the fact that “NIBULON” is almost the only Ukrainian company that works on a colossal form of investment and constructs a record number of facilities in the agricultural sector. “I think it (the investment project – ed.) can be called a national one, no one will be mistaken. It is an assessment of the leadership of the government and the leadership of the state”- he said. The General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy in response thanked the leadership of Poltava region for creating a comfortable investment climate. According to him, Poltava region is still the only region in Ukraine, where while the commissioning of a new facility a certificate of conformity is issued. He said that the elevator has advanced laboratory complex. “We used best effortsto make the laboratory the best one among the newly established facilities in Poltava region. We are constructing every next facility better than the previous one. We improve, grow, evolve. We are doing everything to create the conditions for working people and everything necessary to guarantee quality service of agrarians” – he said. “NIBULON” presented 1,5 km of a new, fully illuminated road, about 4 km of a new and repaired water supply, reconstruction of the pumping station and a computer class for the school, to the residents of the village. Soon the company will conduct gas and hot water to the obstetric feldsher’s station, repair the house of culture, build a kindergarten and reconstruct the park. A bakery will be opened at the elevator, it will provide residents of the village with high-quality fresh bread. O. Vadaturskyy added that the company plans to construct elevator capacitiesof aboutone million tons in different regions of Ukraine. He thanked the leadership of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the regions where the company constructs its facilities. The General Director of Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation Sergiy Stoyanov was present at the ceremony of the elevator opening, he said that the example of “NIBULON” must show the leadership of the country and regions the potential of efficiency of a transparent and competitive business in Ukraine. “Example of “NIBULON” demonstrates how you can make money, I think, in disgusting investment climate, and invest them in its own development. It has constructed the whole business chain correctly, and this gives him an opportunity to give high prices. That means, it bears the great costs at the purchase of grain, while it develops”, – said S. Stoyanov. He added that the government should immediately review its policy of regulation in relation to strategic industries and socially responsible business. “NIBULON” makes everything in spite of the lack of adequate help from the state. Today we have seen people here, in Maryanivka village, asking to build a school, a kindergarten. Please tell me how much will it cost to build a kindergarten? I can tell you that it was possible to build several kindergartens at the expense of those two million that “NIBULON” have lost as a result of awful demurrages of vessels that we can see at the end of July of this year” – he said. O. Udovychenko also mentioned necessity of improvementof business climate in Ukraine. “It is necessary to create a climate, conditions here. So that people do not come here suffering frompermissible things and make them understand that someone waits for them, conditions are created for them. First of all you should think more about the state, society, and less of your own pocket, we should unget this phenomenon when people want to get bribe for a reference. We still have enough of that and we need to change everything”, – he said. On the 14th of October “NIBULON” already plans another significant event in Poltava region – shipment of the first non-self-propelled vessel with grain from the terminal in Gradyz’k. In Mykolayiv region there will be a keel-laying of series of transshipment terminals along the Southern Bug River, which will initiate the revival of the river as a water way.
