The fourth non-self-propelled B1500 project open type vessel (order 10038)Having launched the vessel, the shipbuilders have started outfitting works. At present the specialists have laid cable lines. They are finishing to assemble the equipment. The buoyancy compartments will be painted soon. When these works are finished, the vessel will undergo mooring trials and will be delivered to a customer. The shipyard’s production program provides for the building of four such vessels. Once this vessel is put into operation, the shipyard will complete building a series of non-self-propelled open type vessels, and NIBULON’s fleet will be completely provided with vessels to transport non-grain cargoes. Consequently, it will allow non-self-propelled vessels of other projects to transport more grain. We plan to expand volumes of both grain and other cargoes transported by water. The fifth non-self-propelled NBL-91 project vessel (order 10040)Having officially laid the keel for the first section of the vessel, the shipbuilders started to form its hull structure. The hull is assembled by 30%, namely its cylindrical part is ready. The assembly and fabrication workshop has already produced 80% of sections and is actively assembling the rest of them. The mechanical and fitter area is efficiently operating. The workers are producing outfit for the mooring and tug gear, hatches, and ladders. The assembly and pipeline area is preparing firefighting and drainage system pipelines. The sixth non-self-propelled NBL-91 project vessel (order 10041)The specialists from the metal processing workshop continue cutting and bending metal to produce parts for the vessel’s hull. The fabrication and assembly workshop is assembling the first six units of the order. The fourth modernized 121M project tug (order 10044)The hull’s structure is ready by 80%. The shipbuilders are now forming a superstructure and preparing a wheelhouse to be installed. The specialists have started to mount welded outfit. They are laying pipes for the fuel, drainage, and firefighting systems. They are installing fresh and wash water tanks, as well as tanks for fuel, ballast, discharge water collection, and valves. The specialists are mounting two Volvo Penta diesel generators and pumps for drainage and ballast systems in the main engine room. At the same time the specialists have started to perform water tightness tests of tanks and the hull. Thus, the shipyard is efficiently operating. The shipbuilders are building new vessels and maintaining the vessels of the company’s fleet. NIBULON’s fleet numbers 79 vessels.
