In the current season, production department of “NIBULON” has set the task of complete providing the company’s employees with vegetables. With this objective in view, vegetable areas were established in each production branch for direct reception of production for canteens and providing complete nutrition of the workers. For example, vegetable team, headed by an experienced agronomist-vegetable producer and a foreman checker, as part of “Lidiyivs’ke” branch was established. The site includes two greenhouses and approximately 10 hectares of open ground. Tomatoes, cucumbers, beets and squash are grown there, there is a gourd field with an area of ​​1.5 hectares. The production process ensures complete drip irrigation. It should be noted that the vegetables grown are environmentally friendly, because only permitted means in the relevant regulation are used during their cultivation. Season of vegetables lasts in “Lidiyivs’ke” branch now, thus selection of vegetables is conducted daily, bulk delivery and further products selling is carried out at the expense of wages both to employees of the central office in Mykolayiv and employees of the branches, located in northern regions. The company has acquired an additional vehicle and tractor MTZ Belarus-320 specially for this purpose for the development of vegetable team. At the same time arrival of technique to serve an open ground takes place. The workers of Mykolayiv branch plan to purchase additional equipment for works in the greenhouses and the construction of one more additional greenhouse. In autumn gardens will be laid out in most of “NIBULON’s” branches in order to get fruit products also. Social component is crucial for the company in the case of expansion of vegeculture. Thus, teams of the branches provide part of products to schools, kindergartens and hospitals in the districts enthusiastically.
