A key principle of personnel policy of “NIBULON” is the involvement of talented young people – HEI graduates, future leaders are educated of them. The company creates all the necessary conditions to attract young people to work. The current program of recruitment and training of young professionals provides a strong foundation for the development and establishing of agrarian sector of Ukraine`s economy, thus collaboration with agricultural educational institutions of the country is a major step in this work. Prior acquaintance with the company by the organization of excursions, meetings with teams of branches is widely used. Long-time partner in the field of personnel policy is Mykolayiv State Agrarian University. “NIBULON” connects more than one year of fruitful cooperation and not the first new member of friendly “NIBULON’s” team with this educational institution. October 17, 2011 the transshipment terminal of the company in Mykolayiv was visited by the students of the educational institution – the third year students of faculty of production technology and animal products processing. Young people visited the main enterprise of the company, learning about technology of storage, evaluation and processing of crops within the transshipment terminal. The guests got acquainted with production processes of the enterprise with pleasure, visited the new laboratory and administrative building and inspected the new labs, learned about the technology of shipment of agricultural production on water transport. Young people visited production unites of the terminal with interest, they were astonished at company`s facilities, shared their impressions. Deputy Director for personnel of “NIBULON” Larysa Buryk met the guests at the end of the excursion. During discussion she in detail familiarized young people with the principles of personnel policy of the company, focused on the work prospects for future specialists. “Every year about 200 young professionals join the team of the company. We recruit young people of various professions: they are accountants, agronomists, grain technologists, economists, engineers and mechanics, livestock experts, vets, builders etc. But that does not mean that every year we have so many new work places. Every year we create new branches, build new elevators. During the formation of the team we give preference to young people, even without experience. Only those young professionals who want to work and learn more and show their professionalism stay during the work by means of normal professional selection,” she said. Finally young people wished success and prosperity to the team of “NIBULON”. Who knows, may be these young and ambitious people, soon will become a part of this friendly team?…
