On February 7, information that Yuriy Yenakievskyy has become an owner of “NIBULON” was published on the website “Comments.ua” and later it was spread on many others Ukrainian websites. It was discussed that “A founder and owner of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy conceded 50% of shares to the organizations of Ivanyuschenko. The last straw was the arrest of Deputy Director General (this position is held by the only son of O.Vadaturskyy). However he has already been set at large. Almost immediately after conceding the shares”, the website wrote referring to trusted, but an unnamed source of information, which is “close to the management of the company”. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy personally commented the information. – There is and there was no reason for such disinformation. But I can say that this news seriously disturbed a lot of people that are sincerely and kindly interested in the affairs of our company. A lot of people called me from Mykolayiv, Kyiv, from abroad. Bankers, industrial workers and just people who care phoned. I’m grateful to all of them. Thanks to all the media that abstained from blind distribution of false information and called me or the workers of “NIBULON” to find out the truth. Our company never hides its plans and always comes out into the open with them. We work with first-class global banks, with international financial institutions, with leading Ukrainian banks, therefore such a transaction could not go unnoticed. It would be impossible to silence it. We have an attractive credit history and a strong reputation, a large investment portfolio, we deal with large credit funds, that is why our partners are not indifferent to “NIBULON”. We have our own strategic objection that we successfully implement, whether someone likes that or not. Now we start an implementation of the next investment project on the construction of the transshipment terminal in Kyiv region. In the near future we plan an implementation of the project in Kherson region. Thus, by July 1, the Dnipro River will be used for a river transportation from lower reach to the highest point of its navigation head. We successfully implement the program of the construction of our shipping fleet. They constantly try to involve us in some clarifications or investigations in order to stop our normal work, to divert our energies and attention to unnecessary for us actions. I have answered to representatives of central and local media many times: there were no negotiations about the sale of the company or of its part, including the named person and his organizations. I repeat once more: there were no transactions on shares in the equity capital of our company, in particular the disposition or transfer of ownership or any other proprietary rights, the company hasn’t made any alterations into constituent documents, the shareholders and management of the company and its location haven’t been changed. There are no negations on the issue, we do not have any intentions on the disposal of shares in the equity capital of “NIBULON”. He also denied rumors about the arrest of his son and Deputy Director General Andriy Vadaturskyy. Today’s disinformation is only a part of the planned event. At these days I receive messages with threats. I think these are links in one chain. But the attempts to discredit, frighten or unbalance me are meaningless and futile, we won’t fall of the targeted line. We are disappointed with biased approach of some media that deliberately distort information about events related to “NIBULON”. But we have repeatedly experienced informational wars that were imposed on usand always were able to defend an honor and reputation of our company, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy said. We want to inform Mykolayiv citizens that “NIBULON” does not intend to move its central office from Mykolayiv to Kyiv. – I’m a patriot of Mykolayiv, we do not even have a representation office in Kyiv.
