Kherson region joins the number of Ukrainian regions, where a patriotic investment project of “NIBULON” is developed. Kherson region will become one of the regions, where the largest domestic waterway the Dnipro River will be revived. Therefore, the construction of the transshipment terminal of “Kozats`ke” branch is started in Kozats`ke village (Beryslav district). A modern enterprise will be located on the land area of 7.78 hectares. Branch team will consist of 60 employees. Grain storage capacity will be 76 thousand tons, capacity of dryers will be 4 thousand tons per day. Loading capacity on water transport will be 10 thousand tons per day. Estimated cost of the construction is UAH 160 million. The transshipment terminal will be the most advanced technological facility in the region and its decoration as well. Putting it into operation, its proximity to farmers will help them to reduce the cost of logistical component and increase the profitability of domestic production. The construction site will be international. The facility will involve more than 50 construction companies from all over Ukraine, i.e. more than 1.4 thousand builders. Mobilization works are started, including removal of old buildings, excavation, territory alignment and strengthening slopes, early site electricsconduction, driving test piles is continued. The first constituent operational meetings with participation of “NIBULON” and contractors are held at the site. They resolve organizational issues, issue documents, compile progress chart, estimate construction plans. *** Implementation of the company’s investment project would have been impossible without the personal assistance and support of the Head of Kherson Regional State Administration Mykola Kostyak and his team. Regular meetings of Mykola Kostyak and Oleksiy Vadaturskyy to discuss issues of investment projects implementation were held during 2011. Similar meetings with designated specialists of different levels and vice-chairmen of the Head of Kherson Regional State Administration with representatives of “NIBULON” took place on a regular basis. On August 22, 2011 a presentation of “NIBULON’s” project was held in Kozats`ke village chaired by the governor of Kherson, during which a Memorandum of cooperation as the key to successful interaction between companies and regional authorities was signed. Also, the investment project was presented to the participants of the 5th annual International Investment Forum “Tavrian horizons: cooperation, investment, economic development”, which was held on September 23-24, 2011 in Nova Kakhovka town.
