On August 16 “NIBULON” solemnly presented the unique endoscopic equipment to Mykolayiv emergency hospital. The total cost of equipment produced by Japan is more than UAH half a million. In order to thank the General Director of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy the numerous medical staff gathered in the hospital’s yard. It is a great occasion for them because the management of the company has dreamt about such equipment for more than10 years.
“It is a tradition for our company, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy says. “We are the best in agribusiness, agricultural sector, shipbuilding, logistics, we are prompt taxpayers. No wonder that “NIBULON” takes the leading positions in the social sphere. It is impossible to live in the society and not to help it. That is why we make everything so that the community where we live and work has the deserving standard of living. The style of our company’s work: if we give assistance to educational institutions then it is a real breakthrough in education!  We want our children to develop themselves like pupils from the developed European countries. Schools which receive assistance from “NIBULON” are improved greatly. We chose several Mykolayiv hospitals purposefully which can treat as many people as possible. Thus, Mykolayiv emergency hospital receives about 7 thousand of patients. Buying medical equipment and helping hospitals the company wants to implement modern technologies in medicine so that every citizen of Mykolayiv city can get an effective medical treatment in his native city. Oleksandr Demyanov, the head doctor of Mykolayiv emergency hospital, mentioned that “NIBULON” has been helping the hospital for many years. For the last years “NIBULON” presented the modern ultrasonic treatment and diagnostic equipment, a unique medical equipment which allows to perform the backbone and brain surgery without damaging any tissues. The company also presented surgical tables, the modern ultrasonic dissector/aspirator which allows to perform bloodless surgery.
“It is not the first and the single present of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy to our medical community”, Margaryta Sapozhnikova, the deputy mayor of Mykolayiv city, stressed. Unfortunately, at present our budget can not ensure all urgent needs of medicine. But people with such an active social position like Oleksiy Opanasovych allow us to ensure the appropriate medical aid. We thank you for increasing the standard of living of not only your own company’s personnel but also all citizens”. Margaryta Oleksandrivna mentioned that in February this year there was held a presentation of the infancy department of Mykolayiv city children’s hospital No2 that was repaired and equipped with modern medical equipment at the expense of “NIBULON”.
“Oleksiy Opanasovych also supports city schools: the company purchases modern computer and multimedia equipment, repairs classrooms, etc”, Margaryta Sapozhnikova added.
Larysa Dergunova, the head of the City Healthcare Administration, mentioned that it is impossible to finance all the tasks which are set before the City Healthcare Administration, “We thank such people like Oleksiy Vadaturskyy who do not only develop themselves, make progress but also want to be the leaders, understand the most critical moments. Today “NIBULON” has brought medical aid closer to Mykolayiv citizens. There will be no need to send patients to another city to be examined as it was till now. All examinations will be carried out by our specialists in our emergency hospital”.
Oleksiy Vadaturskyy mentioned that in November 2010 the similar endoscopic apparatus produced by OlympasGIF-E (Japan) was given to Mykolayiv regional hospital. “Now I can say with certainty that the problem of diagnostics and treatment of gastrointestinal disturbances has already been solved in our city. 4-5 thousand of citizens can get qualified medical examination. It is a good stimulus for the professional advancement of doctors. The new unique equipment will stimulate specialists to become more professional, to improve themselves, train, and keep step with medical progress. This is a real breakthrough in medicine of the South of Ukraine!”
The attendees had an opportunity to visit the endoscopy room where the highly skilled specialist Valeriy Babaykin demonstrated all possibilities and advantages of the new equipment.
The treatment will be more comfortable. Smaller diameter of a probe (1.1cm in comparison with the old one – 2 cm) allows to ease an examination. Those who were examined using old equipment can make sure that the medical treatment is very simple and pleasant now!
Thanks to the fact that a qualitative image will be displayed on the monitor in an increased view, several specialists (collectively) can perform an examination and diagnose difficult cases of diseases simultaneously. Besides, the new equipment allows to perform complex and practical training of future endoscopists.
Now a patient can see an image on the monitor and get documentary result on a CD disc after examination. It allows to have an archive, return to this information, and perform delayed analysis of the received material.
This equipment will allow us to stop some bleedings without surgery during the patient’s examination. For example, seeing on the monitor an ulcer with bleeding vessel, the doctor can perform electrocoagulation – to cauterize an affected area. There is no need to operate on a patient: there is no necessity to use anaesthetic, reanimation, incisions, etc. Besides, the doctor can anneal polypuses – a benign tumor of the stomach (precancerous condition) using special forceps and electrodes.
On suspicion of malignant neoplasms in the stomach, duodenum, and gullet the doctor performs biopsy – a medical removal of tissue for examination under a microscope. The new apparatus gives an opportunity to remove tissue sample more qualitatively and informatively. An area where a tissue sample was removed can be coagulated in order to exclude bleeding. Now the diagnostics and quantity of cancer cases diagnosed at early stages will increase. It is very important because if the cancer is diagnosed late the prognosis is very poor. Now everything depends on a person, his/her conscience and wish to diagnose this disease at an early stage. It will be easier to take treatment if we take a health checkup more often.
Another important problem which is solved by this equipment is protection from AIDS and hepatitis C which can be transmitted from one person to another or through medical instruments. Reliable sterilization is possible due to the new equipment. Hermeticity allows to dip apparatus into physical solution completely.
“This apparatus – video gastroscope, will allow to diagnose quickly and correctly. If to make a diagnosis and to start treatment in time a number of patients will not require any surgery.
