August 2021 was the most successful month in the history of the company’s export shipments, as NIBULON shipped 700.9 thousand tons of agricultural commodities.The best quarterly shipment statistic, namely 1.83 million tons of products, was achieved by the company in the first three months of the 2021/2022 marketing year. It is an absolute record for the company’s quarterly export activities. Please note that 61,5% of products were shipped from the Mykolaiv Sea Port outer roads by NIBULON MAX and St. Mykolai, the company’s self-propelled vessels. The company has exported mainly wheat (973.4 thousand tons), barley (543.3 thousand tons), rapeseed (206.3 thousand tons), and corn (107.1 thousand tons).The company has loaded 38 vessels of products to be delivered to destination ports in 20 countries, such as Bangladesh, Belgium, Israel, Indonesia, Spain, Jordan, the Netherlands, Kenya, China, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Philippines, and France. NIBULON, as a reliable partner and leading Ukrainian exporter, always follows a principle of dealing directly with agricultural commodity produces and with final consumers in more than 75 countries worldwide. Since 2008, NIBULON has represented Ukraine in the UN World Food Program to supply high-quality grain to starving people. Thus, it is prestigious for every commodity producer, who operates in compliance with the law and is a foreign economic business entity, to work with NIBULON. NIBULON’s new achievements resulted from the complex decisions and progressive projects implemented by the company. This is proved by the company’s investment strategy to revive the Dnipro and the Southern Buh as the main transport arteries in Ukraine. NIBULON has built 13 up-to-date river transshipment terminals along these rivers, revived navigation, and increased the volumes of cargoes transported by Ukrainian waterways. Since 2009, the company’s shipping company has transported more than 24 million tons of cargoes by rivers, having removed about 1 million trucks from Ukrainian highways. The 2020/21 marketing year was the most successful in the company’s history, when NIBULON transported about 4.3 million tons of cargoes by inland waterways, thereby removing the equivalent of 180 thousand trucks from the country’s roads. NIBULON’s largest and most modern fleet of 80 vessels built from Ukrainian metal, flying the flag of Ukraine and navigating on Ukrainian waterways with Ukrainian crews, was used in place of trucks. This is NIBULON’s contribution to the revival of Ukrainian navigation and shipbuilding, the preservation of the environment and roads, the creation of workplaces, and to making contributions to the budgets at all levels. Today the company has ambitious plans for the future, having set the highest bar of 7 million tons of products to be shipped this marketing year.
