Storage and Bringing Commodities to Merchantable Condition
"Nibulon Ltd." has facilities for storing and bringing agricultural products to merchantable condition, both at the Company`s own subdivisions and at the enterprises, where the Company is a shareholder.
The total capacity of the grain storage facilities located at "Nibulon Ltd." transshipment terminal amounts up to 130 thousand tons."Nibulon Ltd." is the major shareholder of the following grain elevators and grain storage facilities:
in Lugansk region - JSC "Starobelskiy Grain Elevator" (storage capacity of 174000 tons; it also includes: a maize size-grader plant with capacity of 5000 tons of seeds per season and a seed-purification plant equipped with "Pectus"-manufactured equipment having the capacity of 10000 tons of purified seeds per season; in Nikolaev region: JSC "Kolosovskiy Grain Elevator" (storage capacity 60000 tons); "Vradiyevskiy Agricultural Complex" (storage capacity up to 36500 tons); "Snigirevskiy" Branch (storage capacity up to 19000 tons); "Bashtanskiy" Branch (storage capacity up to 20000 tons); in Vinnitsa region: "Khmelnikskiy" Branch and "Pivdenniy Bug" Branch (total storage capacity up to 17000 tons);
in Poltava region: "Reshetilovskiy" Branch (storage capacity 38500 tons);
"Lidiyevskoye" Pilot Research Farm (storage capacity up to 3000 tons);
"Pribuzhanovskiy" Branch (storage capacity up to 3000 tons); "Zolotonoshskiy" Branch (storage capacity 66000 tons). 
Besides, "Nibulon Ltd." is a shareholder of the following grain elevators:
OJSC "Popasnyanskoye Grain Storage Enterprise"; OJSC "Varvarovskiy Elevator"; OJSC "Urozhai"; OJSC "Krasnodonskiy Grain Enterprise". The total capacity of the Company`s grain storage facilities amounts up to 562 thousand tons.
The Company always maintains high quality level of the products sold.
"Nibulon Ltd." transshipment terminal the only in Ukraine has grain drying and cleaning complexes and warehouse for floor storage of grains with active ventilation having storage capacity of up to 10 thousand tons. The capacity of the drying complex allows drying in stream 150 tons of grains per hour. The complex is equipped with high-technology transportation mechanisms that prevent impairment of grains at transportation, which is especially important for work with maize. The grain cleaning complex includes 4 separators, each with capacity of 100 tons per hour.
Due to usage of the mentioned facilities, "Nibulon Ltd." is capable to intake agricultural produce of different quality with subsequent bringing thereof to export conditions, and ensures export of agricultural products with guaranteed quality at the level of world standards.
"Nibulon Ltd." the only in Nikolaev region became a member of the world grain market organization GAFTA.
Presently, construction of complexes for intake, drying, storage, and shipment of grains is planned in "Smotrych" Branch of "Nibulon Ltd." in Khmelnytskyy region with storage capacity 60000 tons. Besides, construction of additional storage capacities is planned in the Branches "Bashtanskiy", "Vradiyevskiy", "Khmelnikskiy", and "Reshetilovskiy".
Taking into account productivity of drying complex at "Nibulon Ltd." transshipment terminal up to 3 thousand tons per day and installation of modern during equipment in the Company`s branches, the total capacity of grain drying (in all the Company`s subdivisions) amounts to 8 thousand tons per day.
This allows additional enlargement of the capability of "Nibulon Ltd." to intake of agricultural produce with increased moisture and subsequent bringing thereof to merchantable conditions, as well as enlargement of access to work directly with local producers in the regions of "Nibulon Ltd.".
