"NIBULON" Company is not only one of the leading national agricultural producers, national grain trader, investor, benefactor, but also Company, which is always open for young specialists. At the Company, a program was developed and implemented for selection and training of young specialists, the essence of which is involvement of talented young people - graduates of universities. The Company brings them up to future leaders - middle and top managers. The main principle of career growth of young specialists in the Company - involvement into various programs and projects, delegating of different tasks, and changing field of activities with subsequent promotion: after 1-2 years, specialists trained at the Company hold rank of managers of departments and even top-managers of the Company. The young specialists, in whose high abilities and purposefulness the General Director A.A.Vadaturskyy believes, - introduce creative ideas into the development of business.
"Nibulon Ltd." successfully collaborates with educational institutions. In he framework of this collaboration, long-term agreements were concluded for provision of paid production-, technological, and pre-graduate internships to students of ²²², IV, and V years. During the internships, the heads of respective departments assess the interns as future specialists, and the interns study the peculiarities of work. The best students-interns are hired by the Company on a competitive basis.
Within the program of young specialists’ selection there are practiced different types of cooperation at the company. Besides practical training we acquaint the specialists beforehand with the company, organizing excursions and meetings with branches’ personnel. For example, if there is a group of graduating students, who wish to work at “NIBULON Ltd”, the company provides them with transport at its own expense to arrive them to Nikolaev. Graduates have an opportunity to take a closer look at the company, to visit the transshipment terminal and branches of the company, to have an interview with administration.
In the framework of this long-term program, students of the following educational institutions get internships at "Nibulon Ltd." and are hired after graduation:
Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies; Nikolaev State Agrarian University; Vinnitsa State Agrarian University; Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian University; Kirovograd National Technical University; Poltava State Agrarian Academy; Uman National Agrarian University; Kherson National Agrarian University; Nikolaev National Maritime University; Mykolaiv State Humanitarian University named after Petro Mohyla; Nikolaev Polytechnical Institute; Nikolaev Polytechnical College. As an agricultural enterprise, "Nibulon Ltd." systematically allocates significant funds to improving the country-life conditions in all its branches. In the framework of the program of employment of graduates from educational institutions, for each young specialist - employee of "Nibulon Ltd." in the branches, material support is envisaged: in case of migration from other region - one-time subsidy for placement at a new residence and monthly compensation of rental payments. After 2-3 years of work in the branch, the Company`s management considers provision of housing to the specialists (granting interest-free loans, apartment purchasing for the account of the Company). In total, only during 2005-2008 "Nibulon Ltd." hired more than 500 young specialists - graduates from high and vocational school institutions.
