The well-being of 35,000 citizens of Ukraine and their families, including 3,200 employees and 25,000 land renters, is closely connected with stable work of “NIBULON Ltd.”. „NIBULON Ltd” is known not only as leading national agricultural commodity producer, investor and grain trader, but also as a company which concerns itself with charity on a regular basis.
Director General of “NIBULON Ltd” A. A. Vadaturskyy took the care of village kids throughout his life and after having risen to eminence in business, made it real for rural kids to rise to eminence. „NIBULON Ltd” supports both urban and rural schools, cultural establishments, libraries by buying up-to-date computers, coping, musical and other equipment. Gifted youth has a possibility to take part in diverse sports and academic competitions, winning prizes in local and regional contests. The aid given by company is not a non-recurrent, but is system-based. According to the “NIBULON Standard” development program, not only schools, but also kindergartens and orphanages are supported.
Through giving considerable complex support to educational institutions, the company realizes the most important long-term investments – investments into development of intellectual and cultural potential of coming generations, which will build the future of Ukraine.
The company regularly supports medical establishments in sites of location. Beneficent help, in particular the purchase of rare equipment for total of 1,600,000 Hryven, given to medical organizations moved medicine of the Nikolaev region to a new, better, level and gave an opportunity to save people’s health and lives.
Hundreds of thousands of citizens are now sure, that they will receive an immediate and qualified help in case of an emergency.
„NIBULON Ltd” contributes a great deal of money for infrastructure development of both Nikolaev city and urban area. In particular, the renovation of city roads were financed, which made it possible to connect city parts with most intensive traffic (Namyv and Oktyabrsky avenue). Gasification of the regional center Domanivka and a number of streets in the villages of the region were accomplished; gasification of village Pribuzhye were financed, where kindergarten and 57 houses were hooked up to a gas system. Two streets in village Shyroky Lan were gasified. „NIBULON Ltd” sponsors orthodox churches and temples, and regularly contributes money to charity funds, orphanages, incapacitated persons, organizations of veterans of war, and labour. Financial support of publication of works by Nikolaev writers and journalists, books of poems, fiction, student books, and photo albums dedicated to Nikolaev.

With the financial aid to children, A. A. Vadaturskyy strives to pass them his love for his native city. Thanks tо support of “NIBULON Ltd”, all first-grade pupils of Nikolaev city and more than 70 schools in regions where branches are sited received a second edition of the children’s book on Nikolaev regional studies “My favourite city of Nikolaev” as a present to the Day of Knowledge for the second year in a row. A digital version of this book was also developed this year.
A wooden handmade tower made by masters from western Ukraine was presented to the children’s entertaining center “Fairytale Town” in September 2007 to commemorate the anniversary of the city’s foundation.

And this is only a little something of the whole list of good deeds of “NIBULON Ltd”, which became a noble sample of practical application of the conception of social responsibility of a business.

As a New Year’s present three mentee schools received computerized classes and interactive boards from “NIBULON Ltd”.
